Professional background

My background is 15+ years with JPMorganChase working in the UK, Singapore, Australia, and the US across Operations primarily in Global Custody, Collateral, Middle Office, and Fund Services Operations (i.e. Securities products). A large portion of my background is focused on business transformation & optimisation projects, where I have looked at inbound data, internal operating model efficiencies, and outbound reporting & data.

Having moved countries several times and focused my professional experience on global operating models, I have a good insight in to global standardisation across ~8k employee organisations, organising large-scale teams, embracing & implementing new technology, and leveraging data to create meaningful insights for decision making.
