I am mainly interested in investing up to £50k worth of software development resource into an early stage startup for 10-30% stake in a company. To help deliver a prototype, proof of concept, or an MVP, which you can take to prospective clients and sell or get an expression of interest. Then angel investment round will found the development of version one.
As a company we've been working for stat ups for 15 years, delivering SaaS and other online services. We only hire system-architect level developers. The management is based in Dartford, Kent, but the development team is based in Russia, so rates are favorable.
