Professional background

Director and major shareholder of an IT solutions provider. I founded the company six years ago with just myself and one customer, we are now a three million pound turnover company with a net profit of 10% and over four hundred customers. Also created and sold a laser teeth whitening business which was built around marketing and business partnerships. The business has been running now for one year has two clinics in Bristol and the head clinic in Bath.

Turnover is £200-£300k per year with very little over head and a 40% net profit. I would like to invest in bright new business ideas and hopefully be hands on to deliver some valuable business experience and knowledge, also I would like to work through the product stages and be part of the management team. This could either be an individual investment or a hands on involvement with my eight strong management team.
