Professional background

I am a highly motivated, results-oriented professional who has built a career on inspiring success in others, both during my nearly 30 years at IBM and in my current role at Lenovo.

At IBM, I worked my way up from the manufacturing system test floor, eventually becoming a third line manager overseeing 1,500 employees. From there, I embraced a diverse breadth of opportunities, including roles in quote-to-cash operations, procurement, global logistics, brand advocacy, and sales and distribution.

My international work experience established my skills as a global leader with a big-picture strategic focus. I spent a decade working abroad in Montpellier, France; Vienna, Austria; Bratislava, Slovakia; and Manila, Philippines. I collaborated with talented individuals and established lasting industry relationships while growing my cultural awareness and experience.

In 2018, I began my journey with Lenovo and soon accepted another international role as Executive Director of ISG Supply Chain Quality Engineering in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. After an unforgettable two years in China, I am now based in North Carolina.
