I work with investors and companies in the completion of funding rounds and M&A transactions. I also advise fund managers in the setting up of investment funds. In addition, I assist various companies in the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements (SaaS and entertainment) and in connection with various governance matters. I work with the most important investors in Quebec and Canada and have contributed to the closing of dozens of transactions involving all types of companies, going from pre-seed and seed stage to seasoned, profitable companies.
