I'm the co-founder of a successful boutique wine business, which I built and scaled over 10+ years, with a strong focus on premium food & drink, sustainability, and direct-to-consumer sales. Our brand gained national recognition for its craftsmanship and eco-credentials, and I led operations, business development, and strategic growth throughout. Prior to this, I worked in legal and compliance roles, giving me a solid foundation in risk management, regulation, and commercial decision-making.
