I am the Head of Digital Innovation at Itaú Unibanco, one of the largest banks in the world. I hold a BA in Industrial Design from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) and a MA in Interaction Design from the Designhögskolan, Umeå University (Sweden). I worked for several years at IDEO helping clients such as Ford, Chrysler, Bosch, Nokia, at&t, Novartis and others, on the development of innovative solutions for their most complex challenges in service design and digital strategy.
